1/2 Large Water Melon

5 oz Feta Cheese

1/4 Fresh Basil

2 tbs. Balsamic Glaze

1 tbs. Olive Oil

1/4 tsp. Fresh ground Black Pepper

It’s about to get juicy…

  • Slice the watermelon into hand held size triangles
  • Chop basil into small ribbons
  • Place watermelon on platter and sprinkle with feta cheese, basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil
  • Finish by sprinkling with black pepper and serve
