1/2 Large Water Melon
5 oz Feta Cheese
1/4 Fresh Basil
2 tbs. Balsamic Glaze
1 tbs. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Fresh ground Black Pepper
It’s about to get juicy…
- Slice the watermelon into hand held size triangles
- Chop basil into small ribbons
- Place watermelon on platter and sprinkle with feta cheese, basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil
- Finish by sprinkling with black pepper and serve
